Need to return an item?
No problem! We’re here to help. Just make sure you have your order number and the email address used at checkout.
🔁 Exchanges
If your item didn’t fit or wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry — we offer unlimited exchanges until you're fully satisfied.
To proceed, please contact our Customer Service (SAC) or submit a request through your customer dashboard under the topic "Exchange Request."
Conditions for exchange:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice (DANFE), manual, and all original accessories.

The item must be unused and in perfect condition.

The request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the product is received at our distribution center, our team will inspect it within a maximum of 3 business days. If the conditions are met, we’ll promptly process the shipment of the new item.
🎁 Store Credit (Voucher)
If you prefer, instead of exchanging, we can issue a store credit voucher for the full value of your order.

The voucher has no expiration date.

It can be used on any future purchase from our store.

It will be issued once the returned product is received and verified.
💸 Refunds
We do not offer full refunds by default.
Our refund policy follows the structure below:

Preferably, we offer free unlimited exchanges.
- Full refund (shipping non-refundable)
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Refund method:

For credit card payments: the refund will be processed to the same card used in the purchase.

For bank transfer payments: the refund will be made to a personal bank account in the customer’s name within 10 business days.
